The item is a vintage Federal Glass "Sportsman" pattern highball or flat tumbler glass featuring a black pyro-glazed image of a Ring-necked Pheasant and a platinum/silver rim.
The glasses were manufactured by the Federal Glass Company, which closed in 1979.
They were produced in the 1960s as part of a set featuring various game birds such as the Canada goose, canvasback, and grouse.
The text "Ring Necked Pheasant" is visible on the lower portion of the glass.
