Dolls have never been taken out of the boxes, boxes may have shelf wear or other box issues which will be seen in the photos. Dolls have been in storage for a long time.
The doll is a "Pink Label" collector item, which means it is a keepsake doll not subject to manufacturing limits.
Barbie wears a cyan blue gown, a nod to Ken's signature color.
The gown's plaid bodice is inspired by Ken's sweater vests, and the white bow at her waist resembles a classic Ken bow tie.
The doll comes with a small, wrapped gift box accessory for Ken.
The original designer was Robert Best.
