This is a vintage 925 sterling silver tiger's eye beaded necklace.
I am not sure what the black material is made of. It feels like leather, but I do not have a way to test for that. I also can not test what the blue beads are they are too small and too close to the metal and tiger's eye stones for my gem tester to read.
