This is a vintage blow-mold candy bucket/pail that’s been repurposed into a cute, handmade porch sitter doll. The bottom of the Jack-o-lantern is directly screwed into a large block of wood that’s hidden inside the body; this gives it enough weight and stability to sit upright without toppling over. The body is soft, hand-sewn with ghost and pumpkin-patterned fabric, stuffed with soft fiberfill. It’s about 24” tall when fully extended. Fourth photo shows my 11 year old kiddo holding it.
This is a decor item for display, which can sit on your porch, mantle, counter, or shelf; it could also be hung up by the handle. Since the bucket is empty, it can be filled with wrapped candy or small decor. Please be advised it’s not a toy for children due to the construction as well as the large wooden block hidden inside.
