This is the long blue to ciel ombré wig “Elegy of the Siren” from the house of Realistic Manga.
I sing you a song cannot be understood, yet somehow familiar.
Lolitas are a bit like 18century court ladies——the outfits are simply incomplete without an elaborate wig. Our crowd are notorious in matching our hairstyle and colour with our dresses, not the other way around;)
