Made from a quality black cotton velvet with thick tapestry collar and revers.
Tailored closely to the waist and flares out over the hips. Has a rise and fall hem.
Wide cut sleeves with a narrow fit at the wrist. Double breasted closure with large velvet buttons.
Size tag not listed. Fits about like a modern size 6. Please check measurements!
Measures 18" from pit to pit (flat lay). Measures 25" from shoulder to front bottom hem.
