This Medela Symphony Plus 2.0 has both the Standard and the Plus operating cards, batteries for wireless operation, an entire sealed breast pump kit, and lots of other accessories. I included breast milk storage bags, breast pads, ointment, bottles and nipples compatible with Medela. I have the original box and all the accompanying booklets and how-to guides. I also have an extra power cable. This htot total hours is 1100+. When my baby was in the NICU I got to try the Medela Symphony Plus and I loved it so much I bought this and every accessory I could get for it! The Plus card you insert in the back is what I used for my entire 15 month pumping journey. I recommend this so highly! Coconut oil on nips before pumping is my best recommendation otherwise. ◡̈
