Yes, this is one of the "famous" issues that Marvel was really playing around seeing what they could get away with.
The blue break mark on the cover under the comics authority box is not unique to this specific issue as all of them have it. What is unique is the color break on the right side (the white mark) and the small mark above the last "N" in Sensational. No rips/tears/firm staples and is COMPLETE Written/illustrated by John Byrne. What a cover. The story is...let's be honest, you don't care about that.
