This is a Barbie doll.
It's a set featuring outfits from Toy Story, including a regular outfit and a Hawaiian one.
I kept them stored in their boxes, but I took them out because the boxes were damaged and bulky when packing.
I stored them carefully without displaying them, but as they are long-term storage items, there may be some age-related deterioration. Therefore, I've marked them as having some scratches and dirt.
The hair isn't smooth; it seems to have some kind of glue? applied to it from the start, and it's stiff.
